Our philosophy and practice is to Foster Dialogue First, Then Negotiate effective agreements that form the foundations for building successful partnerships and alliances.

We have worked in over fifteen countries with business, government, NGO and community teams, leading programs from 3-day retreats through to 3-year multi-stakeholder processes in particularly complex situations.

Along the way we have been utterly inspired by the capacity of people to unlock stuck patterns of interaction, reach across profound differences, expand the pool of shared understanding around complex challenges, find common ground, uncover mutual respect, cultivate shared purpose and produce results that once seemed impossible together.
